The Concept Behind Never

How many times in your life has someone told you that you couldn’t do something because of a lack of faith or imagination in yourself, and they portrayed that? They might doubt you because it has not been done before, or they are unable to do it, so it is impossible. Well, I will tell you that if someone says it cannot be done, then it is up to you to make that a reality.

In each of us, we have a power that lays dormant. This power is our fullest potential, and when we bring it out, we can accomplish and overcome many things that seem daunting or impossible too many. At Reven Concepts, we understand the sad truth that many people grow up being taught that there is nothing more than a 9-5 job. The dream was that you go to school, graduate, get a job, buy a house, start a family, and retire at the ripe age of 65 with your 401k savings to last through retirement. I think they forgot to tell you something.

The norm we grew up seeing our parents do each day doesn’t have to be how we live our life. You can go beyond that, sit on the top of the mountain, and bask in all the glory you want. There is one stipulation, though—are you ready to commit to that potential with the support of Reven Concepts? I remember speaking with one of my mentors, and he asked me if I was prepared to work harder than I had ever worked in my whole entire life. I had thought I was working really hard already. However, he saw something more in me and knew I had more to give. At Reven Concepts, I want to guide you on how to realize that potential.

I know that your life holds so much meaning, purpose, and potential. Once you unlock your potential, you will understand your purpose, and from that, you will understand the meaning of your life. There are so many wonderful places in the world, and the people you will meet along your journey will either help unearth that dormant potential or people who will throw dirt on it with the lie that you are just a regular person with nothing to provide the world.

I am here to tell you that you have a purpose and a unique gift that no one else has. Some people with similar traits might be similar, but no one can be the same as you. It all begins with the way you think. Your thoughts can be a garden of positivism where you grow and prosper on your life journey, or a wasteland where you fall victim to negativity and struggles.

When we are young, we are asked what we want to be when we grow up. What if someone tells you when you were young that you could never be that? The reality is that all you have to do is cultivate a success mindset, look deep inside yourself, and believe it is possible. Many people think that a high-status role or their current situation depicts what is available and allotted to them. I am an optimist and will believe in a person who will not give up on a dream or an idea. That person can be anything they want. No matter how daunting it appears and how unlikely it is to succeed, they push through until they reach their goal. Be the dreamer who listens to their mind and body – not others.

The concept doesn’t stop at who you want to be, but it further defines what you can accomplish. In 1954 Roger Bannister became the first man to run the mile in under four minutes. Before he accomplished this impressive feat – many naysayers were preaching how it was impossible and couldn’t be done. We all know now that Bannister shut those folks up and made them eat their words. Even in today’s society, we still have so much more of that chatter. People say that something cannot be done or that someone will never be anyone great or important in life, but I want to tell you that you are amazing beyond belief and that you are so important. There is the only one you – and that makes you unique and capable of completing anything you put your mind to.

The record Bannister held in 1954 has long since been broken. Person after person, the four-minute mark did not seem so far out of reach. By Bannister’s example, people understood how amazing, powerful, and capable they can be. One of the biggest problems many people face is that they doubt themselves. Many blame their situation or other people for the downfalls they face in life. However, the people who tap into their inner strength and do not let petty logic and obstacles stop them from pursuing their beliefs are the ones who shine the brightest.

In conclusion, never is an option you hold. You have to choose to be something more in life, but you have to commit to that goal. I heard a great saying the other day from Les Brown. He said, “If you can look up – you can get up.” So when you walk through life, keep your head held high. Be proud of who you are and who you are destined to be. No one can take this journey for you, so it all begins with the mindset that you can do anything if you set your mind to it. So now, let’s turn never around because never has never been more possible than it is today.
