I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! It is the time of the year to reflect, enjoy, and plan for all the things in life. The world is a busy place, and we can sometimes forget what truly matters. We miss out on the beauties of the world and the blessings bestowed upon us every day. Today I want to write a short blog to help you remember why you are in this life fight. Every day, we have to struggle in some mannerism, and we get caught up with what is happening to us rather than what can happen next. In this week’s blog, let’s focus on the next steps.
After Christmas, people are typically filled with abundance and joy. We are excited about our gifts, our family, and new upcoming goals/opportunities in life. However, some occasions may make you resent the holidays. That may include family members who are tough to deal with, trauma or tragedy that has occurred, and the realization of being alone. Not everyone will have a fantastic Christmas, and these same people who see joy around them will plummet into a negative mindset. A select few people will rise instead of fall, but the trend faces a downward slope.
This spiral is what sets many people back another year in time. In just a few days, the new year will begin. That means we will have a herd of people flocking to the gyms trying to get in shape for the year again. There is a reason why they fail in this effort to get in shape. The reason is that they have developed bad habits. Those habits are entrenched in their mindset, and to get out of that way of thinking, you have to have trauma in your life or seek help from a mentor or coach. People do not change because you want them to change. People change for a reason. That is why you cannot change your partner in a relationship or a co-worker’s bad traits.
The day after Christmas is a day of rest and realization, but it is also a day to rise to the challenge of change. Take a look at what you have around you. Would you be happy with this same outcome next year? Repeat that thinking with more or less, and determine what type of outcome you want in future years. People struggle with forward-thinking and planning. That is why the majority of Americans do not even have an emergency savings account. People are in a rat race living from paycheck to paycheck. Though we can cover up reality with presents and dreams, we have to think about more than just today to make a change.
My advice to you is to get out of your current living cycle as soon as you can. You might be content with what you have, but that brings about two negative factors that do not belong in our minds. The first is complacency, and the second is a contingent mind. Both of these factors will take a toll on you in life. These are like a slow decay that rots away your essence without you even being aware of it, similar to inflation. Eventually, you will notice how far you have fallen from where you were. Your youth is no longer there, and you now have more years behind you than in front of you. I help people notice life before it becomes fleeting.
To live life to remain in abundance in prosperity should feel like the day after Christmas. You should feel blessed and filled with joy each day forward from today. Sometimes we need a reminder to show us our worth and keep our path accurate to our most desired destinations. If you have spent the last years of your life waiting, hiding, or fearing, then it is time for a change. You are the person in charge of what happens next. You are the person who can make your dreams come true. You are the hero of your own story, so start acting how you want to feel for the rest of your life. Use the days when you feel most happy and filled with joy as a guidepost to getting you to your goal.
Again, I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays & Best Wishes in the coming days and the coming year. If you are struggling with changing your life, then do not hesitate to reach out to me. Head over to my website to start to get the change you wish for your future days. The choice of having a good life filled with abundance and prosperity is in your hands. For many people, they’re the reason they do not have the life they dream of having. Do not remain in that mindset, and do not remain in that position. Take your seat on the throne of your life as the ruler and deciding factor. Your kingdom awaits you; take the steps toward greatness!
Until then,
